Installation is easy as long as you have a certain level of electrical experience and can follow the wiring diagrams. The wires are all marked and was a very easy install.

The touchscreen is extremely responsive and the processor seems pretty fast as I can switch screens without any lag.

Great interface and very intuitive screen. The stereo's internal amplifier is just decent, so don't expect the sound you would get from a branded stereo. Get an external amp with subs if you're looking for high-quality sound. However, the sound alone from the device is not bad. It just depends on how loud you want the stereo, and I'm okay with the out-of-the-box sound.

Technical support is easily accessible, knowledgeable and responsive. Far beyond any company I have dealt with in the last 10 years. They have published several YouTube videos showing how to use various features. Rarely am I impressed or recommend something, but I am impressed and recommend this car stereo.
